Discesa: 1. Abseil down the route to the scree field halfway the route (3-4 abseils) 2. Descend the scree field on foot towards a cairn, abseil down the 'Sherpa Brothers' route (2-3 abseils)
Avvicinamento: - Follow the moraine path behind the lake, this is not the path heading towards the normal route of Gran Paradiso (See attached GPX track). - After the first steep part of the path, cross to the left towards the Ciarforin until you reech the scree field. - Find the route on the headwall, there are plenty of bolted routes so make sure you choose the one your looking for.
